Bresse Bleu is a “Bleu de Bresse”! This cheese, created in 1950, is original because it possesses both a blue-veined paste and a bloomy rind. This blue sets itself apart with its mildness and creamy texture.
It is also available in a low-fat version, “Bresse Bleu léger”, with 15% fat content to gross weight.
