A fresh cheese made with whole goat’s milk. At the cheese counter or in the cheese aisle, you will find Petit Billy on a (paper) chestnut leaf.
Another version, Petit Billy cendré, is also available: as the name suggests, the surface is sprinkled with black ash.
The cheese is packaged in a controlled environment which guarantees that it will keep well and maintain its freshness; it is protected by a container at the cheese counter and a plastic package in the cheese aisle.
Very fresh, rindless white cheese.
A very mild, tangy, fresh, lactic taste. A moist texture that melts in the mouth.
